When you purchase from InterKiosk you are awarded a unique client code. Our support staff are all trained engineers who will assist you with any aspect of hardware or software purchased from InterKiosk.

Your client code entitles you to direct assistance using telephone or email support. On the rare occasion that the problem is not resolvable remotely an engineer will visit your site to repair or replace the parts as necessary.

All of our peripherals and PC components are guaranteed for one year, with additional warranties available at very reasonable prices.

The reliable nature of our I-Surf software means that if a problem is encountered a restart will usually resolve the problem. We can provide kiosk monitoring services that will allow you to track the usage of your kiosk and will also inform you of any problems with your kiosk hardware / software operation.
